Over the years, we have had thousands of cases where the law, as written, has been left to the interpretation of the judicial system, Justices, and trial court judges. In many instances, the Justice and trial judges do not understand the laws. The trial court using precedents of case ruling makes many decisions. This proves how incompetent the Justices and trial court judges are; every unique case has its characteristics; therefore, precedents do not apply. The trial attorney who makes the most compelling argument wins the case in many instances. An individual without an attorney will be treated as “Scumbag,” “Trash,” will be dragged through the mud, humiliated by the courts, which disregards them as human beings. In any profession, whether they are a judge, doctor, an engineer, an architect, an astronaut, plumber, general contract, or any other, they need to understand the individual who is communicating with them. If the person on the other end is not so technically well-versed, they should use a language that can be comprehended easily. Our legal system can’t expect Pro Se litigants to be treated at the same level as an attorney.
